Cancellations and Refunds:
1. Cancellations up to 14 days in advance:
- If you cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the tour date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the tour cost.
2. Cancellations less than 14 days in advance:
- Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the tour date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Same-day cancellations or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance:
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the tour or on the tour date will not be refundable.
Cancellations by Island Wave Tours:
1. Sea conditions:
- If the tour must be canceled due to adverse sea conditions, customers will be entitled to a full refund.
2. Mechanical failures:
- In the event of a cancellation due to mechanical failures of our vessel, affected customers will be granted a full refund.
